If you need to cancel your registration, 85% of the registration fee will be refunded up to one calendar month prior to the conference. No refund will granted if cancellation is made within one month of the conference.

Participants requiring supporting documentation for visa or funding applications in order to attend the conference may request letters of invitation which confirm that their presentation proposal has been accepted or that they have registered. Please quote your proposal or registration ID in your email request.
